Way back in 1979 and 1980,
Del Rey released three books about the rapscallion smuggler Han Solo. These were "Han Solo at Stars' End", "Han Solo's Revenge" and "Han Solo and the Lost Legacy". These were all written by science fiction author
Brian Daley. While most attempts at writing novels set in the Star Wars universe fail miserably, these were actually quite good and still hold up well even after thirty years. Del Ray has released a compilation paperback called "
Star Wars: The Han Solo Adventures" that contains all three books.
